Transformer moisture absorber is an important auxiliary equipment used to protect the insulation system of power transformers. Its main function is to absorb moisture from the air entering the transformer oil tank and prevent moisture from entering the transformer oil, thereby ensuring the insulation performance and operational reliability of the transformer.

----Product structure and principle:

Structural composition
Moisture absorbers usually consist of hygroscopic agent containers, connecting pipes, oil seal devices and respirators. Hygroscopic containers contain hygroscopic agents (such as silica gel) that absorb moisture from the air. The connecting pipe is used to connect the moisture absorber to the transformer tank to ensure air circulation. The oil seal prevents moisture in the air from directly entering the transformer oil, while the breather allows air to circulate between the moisture absorber and the external environment.

Oil seal protection
The oil seal device is reasonably designed to effectively prevent moisture from entering the transformer oil through the oil seal, while allowing normal air circulation to ensure normal breathing of the transformer.

The moisture absorber shell is made of weather-resistant materials, which can work stably for a long time in various harsh outdoor environments and adapt to different climate conditions.
